Regular Registration for 72Hr Shootout Extended!!

We’re listening! We’re keeping the regular registration application fee at $150. So now there’s no reason to stop you from sending in those applications. If you’ve been holding out or if you thought you let destiny slip through your fingers, well now you’ve got the second chance of a lifetime.

If anything else, do it for local pride. Of this year’s Shootout Participants, New York/New Jersey has California beat 2 to 1, with a few holdouts in Virginia and Texas. Surely the Asian American footprint is larger than that! There’s no rivalry here, but we know there are more people out there who can stand up and make their presence known.

In all seriousness, if the late registration was holding you back, we hear you. This contest is for all of you who want an excuse or reason to make a short film and have a good time doing it. You still have time, so send in your applications and make sure it gets to us BY JUNE 8th, 2006.

And don’t worry if by any chance you’ve already sent in your application after the regular submission deadline, we’ll be reimbursing you the $50.
