A mother and daughter find themselves being evicted from their new apartment in NYC's Chinatown and are faced with the decision to stay or move on.

MOTHER (40's-50's): focused; strong-headed; protective; pragmatic; must speak fluent Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin/Fujianese)

DAUGHTER (13-21): smart but very cautious; practical and level-headed; must speak Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin/Fujianese)
