Film Competition: “3AF Video Smackdown”

3AF (Asian American Advertising Federation) has launched a contest called “3AF Video Smackdown.” They are seeking to gather information on how young Asian Americans consume media. (including but not limited to TV, magazines, cell phone apps, radio, online, concerts, etc.) That’s where you come in. You don’t have to be Asian American to answer the question, but in which case, feel free to answer it on behalf of your Asian American friends.

Just to give you an idea…
“You know when you find that insanely hilarious video on YouTube that you can’t resist sharing with everyone and their mom? Do we have to mention the time that you got lost in your own neighborhood because you didn’t have your Google Maps app on your phone to rely on?” The list goes on obviously.

Ok so let’s get to the hard and fast answers you want:
Who should do this?
You!

What do you get?
Automatic raffle to win an iPad 2!
$500 for the most popular video!
$1,000 for the grand prize winner!

What do you have to do?
Create a short YouTube video. Oh, by the way, creativity never hurt anyone. =)

When is the deadline?
Submit between 4/1/11 – 4/30/11.
To submit your YouTube video visit here: http://www.3af.org/socialmediacontest/
